About our Department/Team

Food and Beverage Division is one of the focal divisions to generate the revenue for hotel business. There are 9 F&B Venues / Stewarding / Services under the F&B Division with diverse team members of about two hundred people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administration: Ensures bar operations align with corporate strategy, updates operational manuals, and implements hotel policies effectively.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Maintains high service standards, addresses guest concerns efficiently, and ensures bar operations meet customer expectations, especially during peak hours.
  • Finance: Maximizes staff productivity, controls costs, and drives profitability while meeting revenue targets. Also contributes to the F&B annual business plan.
  • Marketing: Develops an annual marketing strategy, monitors market trends, identifies PR opportunities, and builds relationships with entertainers and regular patrons.
  • Operations: Upholds brand standards, responds to consumer feedback, collaborates with other departments, monitors food and beverage quality, and ensures smooth bar operations.
  • Human Resources: Leads recruitment, enforces grooming standards, develops employee skills through training and mentoring, and conducts performance reviews.

Critical Skills & Qualifications

  • Skills: Strong leadership, motivation, and organizational abilities; expertise in training and development.
  • Qualifications: A degree in Hotel Management or Business is preferred.
  • Experience: 4-6 years in bar operations within a hotel or high-end restaurant; familiarity with the local nightlife scene.
