工作描述

Responsibilities

Handle escalated inquiries, resolve complaints, and build relationships with patrons and guests to promote loyalty and repeat business.
Greet and assist customers in selecting products, providing product recommendations, and answering inquiries about sports equipment, apparel, and Academy services. Ensure a positive shopping experience by addressing needs promptly and professionally.
Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handle credit cards and patron accounts.
Maintain an attractive and organized shop display, restocking shelves, and creating appealing product arrangements to drive sales.
Facilitate facility bookings while ensuring a premium, five-star experience for all patrons and guests.
Assist in receiving, tagging, and stocking inventory. Conduct regular stock checks, report discrepancies, and help with ordering supplies to ensure product availability.
Support the Pro-Shop Officer with daily tasks such as sports venue reservations and equipment rentals. Overseeing equipment lending and promote special offers to patrons.
Keep the Pro-Shop clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety standards. Assist in opening/closing procedures and securing the premises.
Work closely with other Academy departments to support overall operations and contribute to a team-oriented culture.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and can-do attitude
Ability to work individually and as a team member
Passion for sports and a customer-orientated mindset.
Willingness to work on a shift basis, including nights, weekend, and public holiday
