ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist Senior Hygiene Manager and Assistant Hygiene Manager to maintain, implement and improve food safety system in the hotel
  • Monitor the hygiene implementation within all areas
  • Conduct food safety audits and training
  • Monitor food production flow, cleaning standard of all equipment
  • Investigate food complaints
  • Handle the labeling of food products
  • Conduct supplier audits 
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sizeable luxury hotel with 1 year in similar capacity
  • Familiar with local regulation requirement and food safety standards
  • Experience in the implementation of Food Safety Management system / HACCP /  ISO22000
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
