The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily housekeeping operations

• Supervise supervisors and line staff

• Conduct room and area inspections

• Help with scheduling, payroll, and inventory control

• Train and develop housekeeping staff

• Address guest concerns and operational issues

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
