The Bell Captain oversees bell services operations and ensures guests receive a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role leads the bell team while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and schedule bell staff

• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and directions

• Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and room deliveries

• Train and mentor bell staff

• Ensure lobby and entrance areas are well maintained

• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications:

• Prior bell service or hospitality leadership experience

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent guest service and communication abilities

• Ability to lift and transport luggage

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
