We’re seeking an organized, detail-driven Culinary Operations Coordinator to support our culinary leadership and keep kitchen operations running smoothly. This role focuses on scheduling, ordering, compliance, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage culinary schedules, staffing coverage, and time-off requests

• Organize and standardize kitchen procedures, workflows, and documentation

• Oversee food, smallwares, and supply ordering; manage inventory and vendor communication

• Maintain records for ordering, invoices, costs, and Birchstreet optimization

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, SOPs, and required training

• Act as the administrative liaison between culinary and other departments

• Support onboarding, reporting, and continuous process improvement

Qualifications:

• Experience in culinary administration, hospitality operations, or a similar role

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food service workflows

• Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering systems, and basic budgeting

• Excellent communication skills
