At Eeuwen, we are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences. Our focus is on quality ingredients, outstanding guest service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re currently seeking a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations

  • Hire, train, and supervise the team

  • Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction

  • Manage budgets, inventory, and cost controls

  • Monitor compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly

  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and profitabilit

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Knowledge of restaurant software systems (POS, scheduling, inventory)

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
