The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a polished and service-driven Host to join our restaurant team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an integral role in creating a refined and welcoming arrival experience, setting the tone for an exceptional dining journey. This is an opportunity to curate the extraordinary and contribute to delivering intuitive, relationship hospitality..

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an impeccable first impression

• Manage reservations and table allocations to ensure a smooth and well-paced service

• Coordinate closely with the restaurant and kitchen teams to maintain seamless operations

• Maintain a composed and elegant presence at the restaurant reception

• Provide knowledgeable information about the restaurant, menus, and hotel offerings

• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests with discretion and efficiency

• Support the team in delivering a memorable and personalised dining experience

About You

• Previous experience as a Host / Hostess or Receptionist within a luxury restaurant or hotel environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A naturally warm, confident, and professional manner

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience

• The ability to remain calm and attentive in a dynamic service environment
