The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

As an In-Room Dining Waiter, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences directly to our guests’ suites, ensuring service is personalised, discreet, and aligned with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

You will be responsible for the preparation, delivery, and presentation of in-room dining orders, ensuring each interaction reflects Rosewood’s commitment to relationship hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering warm, intuitive service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-room dining orders to guest suites in a timely and professional manner

• Set up trays, trolleys, and dining arrangements according to hotel standards

• Present dishes and beverages with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Ensure guest requests and preferences are accommodated wherever possible

• Clear trays and trolleys efficiently while maintaining discretion and respect for guest privacy

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and in-room dining coordination team

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas and equipment

• Ensure all service reflects Rosewood’s luxury service standard

Profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or food & beverage service preferred

• Strong communication and guest service skills

• Ability to deliver service with professionalism, warmth, and discretion

• Excellent attention to detail and presentation standards

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
