Job Summary:

The Villa Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional housekeeping services within the Private Residence Club and Owner Villas, reflecting the refined standards of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. This role ensures that each villa is maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation while creating a personalized and intuitive experience for Owners and Guests.

The Villa Attendant plays a key role in supporting Rosewood’s philosophy of relationship hospitality by anticipating needs, respecting privacy, and delivering service with genuine care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all areas of Owner Villas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living, dining, laundry room spaces and outdoor areas where applicable.
  • Perform daily and full/deep cleaning services in accordance with Residence Club and brand standards.
  • Dust, polish, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all surfaces and furnishings.
  • Clean carpets, rugs, upholstery, and drapery using appropriate equipment and techniques.
  • Maintain organized, fully stocked housekeeping carts and storage areas/closets at all times.
  • Dispose of waste discreetly and maintain cleanliness in service and disposal areas.
  • Complete villa inspections and inventory checklists with accuracy; report discrepancies promptly.
  • Identify and report maintenance concerns and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Use only approved products and adhere to all safety and sanitation standards.


Guest & Owner Experience

  • Deliver warm, discreet, and personalized service in line with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts standards.
  • Anticipate Owner and Guest needs and respond promptly to all requests.
  • Respect privacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with Concierge/Maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Engage with Owners and Guests in a professional and courteous manner, gathering feedback to enhance their experience.
  • Support the “Owners and Guests First” philosophy through thoughtful and intuitive service.


Team & Culture

  • Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and professionalism within the Residence Club team.
  • Communicate effectively with the Executive Housekeeper regarding villa status and priorities.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to Rosewood’s “Sense of Place” philosophy by maintaining an environment that reflects the property’s unique identity and standards.
  • Uphold all company policies, grooming standards, and service expectations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously enhance skills.
