We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Communications team at Rosewood Villa Magna. Our Digital Marketing Manager is entrusted with managing and delivering the day-to-day marketing activity for the hotel in line with the agreed Marketing strategy.
Functions:
•Management of the Rosewood Villa Magna website: copywriting, image selection, creation of landing pages, in collaboration with the corporate team to ensure brand consistency (AEM: Adobe Experience Manager).
• Manage the e-shop platform, including product uploads and updates, promotion within 360 campaigns, preparation of performance reports, and coordination with other departments to ensure effective execution and an optimal shopping experience.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across all channels: SEM, Social Media, Display and Metasearch. Manage campaigns together with external agencies, taking part in monthly meetings to analyze results and define strategies. Digital budget management will be essential, optimizing media investment to maximize ROI.
• Social media management (Instagram and Facebook): responsible for end-to-end management of both platforms, including posting content and stories, scheduling, optimization and boosting of posts, as well as reporting.
• Create email marketing campaigns for the hotel, restaurants, and spa through Mailchimp and Adobe Campaign. Ensure correct segmentation and measurement following brand standards. Analyze metrics (open rate, CTR, revenue) to optimize content and ensure newsletters are mobile-friendly.
• Design of collaterals, menus, and brochures created by external providers, ensuring compliance with Rosewood brand guidelines.
• Management of digital profiles and presence: create and keep updated the hotel’s and outlets’ profiles on Google My Business and other platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, and TripAdvisor.
• Create and update content on in-room TVs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines; coordinate with Maintenance to ensure correct display on all TVs.
• Coordinate and collaborate with all the departments to ensure digital content aligns with overall objectives.
• Analysis and reporting: use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and CRM systems to measure campaign performance, analyze customer behavior, and optimize strategies.
Profile:
• Experience in managing marketing communications and collateral.
• High level of understanding and knowledge in digital marketing, website management and e-commerce .

• Possessing an exceptional level of attention to detail and analytic vision.
• The ability to clearly communicate in written and spoken Spanish and English via several different communication channels.
