THE TEAM

You’ll be joining our Global Sales Organization (GSO), a dynamic and high-performing team focused on driving strategic growth across key international markets. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Global Sales, AMER, and collaborates closely with regional and property-level stakeholders to align sales strategies with business needs.

YOUR ROLE

As Director, Global Sales, LATAM, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue through new client acquisition and strategic account management across the LATAM source markets. You’ll cultivate relationships with luxury travel agencies, tour operators, corporate clients, and niche segments to grow both transient and group business. Your efforts will directly support the expansion of our domestic footprint in Mexico and outbound growth into top European destinations, while representing the full Rosewood collection globally.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets by managing a strategic book of business and uncovering incremental group revenue across the global portfolio.
  • Develop and execute SMART strategic account plans for LATAM markets, conducting bi-annual reviews to optimize performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Prospect and generate new business through regional events, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and close collaboration with hotel teams.
  • Lead client engagements including sales calls, tradeshows, FAM trips, and brand events to build awareness and drive conversion.
  • Partner with GSO colleagues to support global relationships and ensure alignment across markets.
  • Represent Rosewood in industry organizations to enhance brand positioning and build strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to optimize profitability during peak and non-peak periods.
  • Support activation opportunities across the full Rosewood portfolio, with a focus on domestic growth in Mexico and outbound sales into key European markets.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You’re fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, enabling you to build meaningful relationships across diverse LATAM markets.
  • You bring significant experience in global sales or luxury hospitality, with a proven track record of selling multiple properties or brands.
  • You have strong relationships with key LATAM influencers and bookers, and know how to deliver quick wins that drive revenue.
  • You’re a strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence, able to navigate complex client needs and market dynamics.
  • You’re self-motivated and organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • You possess strong business acumen, with the ability to interpret financial data and own your book of business confidently.
  • You’re comfortable with 40%+ travel, and energized by face-to-face client engagement across LATAM gateway cities.
  • You’re passionate about luxury hospitality, and know how to position global hotels to diverse market segments with authenticity and impact.
