Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)

Customer Service

·         Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable products.

·         Provide information on prices, product features, and benefits.

·         Support customers throughout the shopping and payment process.

·         Deliver customer service according to the standards of the hotel/resort/shop.

Sales & Revenue

·         Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

·         Introduce new products and promotional programs to customers.

·         Support upselling and cross-selling when appropriate.

Merchandising & Inventory Management

·         Arrange and display products according to the shop’s standards.

·         Monitor daily stock levels and participate in stock-taking.

·         Report shortages, damages, or product issues promptly.

·         Ensure products are clean, organized, and well-presented.

Operations & Cashiering

·         Handle sales transactions using the POS system.

·         Issue invoices and provide gift-wrapping when required.

·         Manage cash following operating procedures and perform end-of-shift balancing.
