We are recruiting for a Videographer Trainee position to join the team at Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco for the 2025 season. As Videographer Trainee, you will be responsible for providing full assistance to the Marketing Team and for taking care of Marketing operations.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms, websites, and promotional materials.
Oversee and manage the hotel’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand content across all channels, tailored to the audience.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop visual content that aligns with the hotel’s brand identity, marketing strategy, and objectives.
Integrate graphic design elements into videos, creating visually compelling content that promotes the hotel’s amenities, such as rooms, dining options, spa services, and special offers.
Provide graphic design support to create in-house collateral, including brochures, promotional materials, and digital content, ensuring consistency with the hotel’s brand and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to design and create visual content that enhances internal communication, guest experience, and operational needs (e.g., menus, event posters, internal signage).
Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends, digital marketing strategies, and social media platform requirements to ensure content is optimized for engagement.
Manage the entire video production process, from pre-production planning through to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results that align with the hotel’s marketing goals.
Support the digital marketing efforts with strategic video content that drives brand awareness, guest engagement, and conversion.


Job Requirements

Professional Video Production: Expertise in video production techniques, including shooting, editing, and post-production, using industry-standard equipment and software.
Graphic Design: Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and others, to enhance videos with graphics, animations, and visual elements. Design promotional materials, amenities brochures, and digital content that aligns with the hotel’s image and objectives.
Social Media Management: Ability to manage and grow social media channels, creating content that is both visually appealing and strategically aligned with the hotel’s goals.
Digital Marketing Understanding: A strong grasp of digital marketing principles, with the ability to create video content tailored to different digital platforms, maximizing engagement and conversions.
Creative Storytelling: Crafting compelling video narratives that resonate with the target audience while reinforcing the brand’s story and vision.
Collaborative Approach: Ability to work with multiple departments to create visual content that supports the operational, marketing, and guest experience needs of the hotel.
Professional experience in video production, graphic design, or social media management.
A specialized three-year educational background in professional video production, graphic design, or a related field.
A passion for digital marketing and the ability to integrate video content with broader marketing strategies.
Proficiency in social media platforms and an understanding of trends and content formats that resonate with audiences.
A proactive, innovative, and adaptable mindset, with a strong desire to grow and develop within a team of industry professionals.
