  • Responsible for supervising spa facilities and associates, ensuring positive guest relations and providing assistance as needed.
  • Support the Director of Spa in organizing and overseeing daily operations, including staffing the reception when required. Maintain high service standards across all wellness departments while continuously enhancing knowledge of spa services, therapies, health, and wellness. 
  • To actively support in the seamless running of the daily operations, reservations and guest experience with efficiency and accuracy. Providing the highest possible Forbes/LQA/Rosewood standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving profitability
  • Perform monthly inventory and make sure it is accurate. Assist in the control of maintaining spa par levels for retail and operational stocks. Organize storage areas.
  • Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction. Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
  • Responsible for spa daily billing, gratuities and financial reporting.
  • Conduct comprehensive training for all spa associates, including on-boarding new team members to ensure they are well-prepared for their roles
  • Proficiency in English and German is required.

Rosewood Munich opened in Autumn Rosewood Munich will open in early 2023 as the brand’s first property in Germany and seventh property in Europe. Housed in two landmark, historical buildings comprised of the former headquarters of the State Bank of Bavaria and the adjacent Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, a former grand aristocratic residence, Rosewood Munich will be ideally situated on Kardinal-Faulhaber-Strasse in the heart of the historic city center. The hotel will be located within walking distance of several of the city’s most popular sites and destinations, including central Marienplatz square, the Residenz city palace, Bavarian State Opera, and the Maximilian- and Theatinerstraße shopping districts, as well as world renowned museums. Rosewood Munich will offer 132 spacious guestrooms and suites designed to complement the property’s original façade and iconic stairways, which remain well preserved and contribute to the city of Munich’s ensemble of historical buildings. The property will boast an inviting lobby lounge and two distinct dining venues, which include a full service restaurant and a vibrant bar. Rosewood Munich will also feature a full service spa, which will house five treatments rooms, as well as an indoor pool and fitness area. Additionally, the hotel will include extensive meetings and events spaces to accommodate a variety of private gatherings, conferences, and special events for up to 400 guests.
