The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Wardrobe Attendant to ensure that our associate’s uniforms are cared for and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires someone who values organisation, takes pride in attention to detail, and enjoys supporting smooth operations behind the scenes. You will assist with the daily management of uniforms, ensuring they are clean, well-presented, and ready for use, while maintaining high standards of care and efficiency. This role is due to start in July 2025.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that every associate uniform is immaculately presented, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Take pride in accurately measuring and fitting uniforms, ensuring comfort and style for each individual associate.
  • Create a welcoming and inspiring environment in the uniform store, reflecting The Chancery Rosewood’s culture and enhancing the associate experience.
  • Manage the collection of uniforms from former associates, ensuring they are returned in excellent condition, ready for laundering or alterations.
  • Support associates and guests with specialty tasks such as embroidery, alterations, and repairs, contributing to a memorable experience for all.

  • You understand that wardrobe management is more than just organising – it’s about presentation, care, and ensuring every detail is perfect.
