The Concierge is a key ambassador of the hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable experiences for guests. This role requires extensive knowledge of local attractions, dining, cultural events, and exclusive experiences, combined with the ability to anticipate guest needs and provide solutions with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence

• Serve as the primary resource for guests seeking information, recommendations, and assistance with reservations, transportation, and special arrangements.
• Provide tailored itineraries and personalized suggestions based on guest preferences.
• Ensure all requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with the highest level of professionalism.

Experience Coordination

• Arrange and confirm reservations for restaurants, tours, entertainment, and cultural activities.
• Organize special services such as private shopping, VIP access, and bespoke experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and itineraries to ensure seamless execution.

Vendor & Partner Relations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local service providers, restaurants, and cultural institutions.
• Negotiate and confirm arrangements to guarantee quality and reliability of services.

Problem Resolution

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring complete satisfaction and recovery when necessary.
• Act as an advocate for the guest, liaising with internal departments to resolve issues.

Standards & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to hotel SOPs and brand standards for luxury service.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in Concierge or Guest Relations.
• In-depth knowledge of local attractions, dining, shopping, and cultural experiences.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
