Rosewood Hotel Georgia, a Rosewood Hotel, is looking for an exceptional and multi-talented Director of Food & Beverage. The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for overall operation of Food and Beverage Division while maintaining quality standards and maximizing profitability.

THE TEAM

As part of the Food & Beverage Division, which focuses on delivering exceptional culinary and beverage experiences across all touchpoints, this role contributes to the strategic development and operational excellence of Rosewood Hotel Group's F&B offerings. You will report directly to the Hotel Manager, collaborating closely with Executive Committee members, Sales & Marketing, Communications, and Talent & Culture teams.

 

YOUR ROLE

This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Rosewood's Food & Beverage division by setting strategic direction, driving innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. You will lead initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction, elevate brand standards, and optimize financial performance. As a business leader and marketing specialist, you will ensure all outlets and event spaces are profitable and aligned with the brand's promise of Relationship Hospitality.

 

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for the Food and Beverage division aligned with the hotel's vision and goals
  • Oversee all Food and Beverage operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, product quality, and operational efficiency
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and cost management across all Food and Beverage profit and cost centers
  • Drive marketing initiatives, partnerships, and activations to grow revenue and brand awareness
  • Foster a culture of excellence, recognition, and continuous improvement across all Food and Beverage teams
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and financial policies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences and business results
  • Lead recruitment, training, and succession planning to build a high-performing and diverse team
  • Represent the Food and Beverage division in executive meetings and contribute to hotel-wide strategic initiatives
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders on F&B projects and performance

  • You demonstrate proven leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit. 
  • You possess strong financial acumen and the ability to drive business results effectively.
  • You exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, coupled with a deep understanding of guest-centric service and luxury hospitality standards. I bring extensive experience managing large, multi-outlet food and beverage operations at a senior level.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or possess equivalent professional experience. 
  • You possess comprehensive knowledge of Finance, Talent & Culture, Sales, and Marketing functions.
  • You lead by example while inspiring teams through purpose-driven leadership.
  • You remain knowledgeable about industry trends, competitors, and hospitality service innovations, positioning yourself as a forward-thinking leader within the sector.

The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, location, and education.
