The Sales Manager (SM 5), under the guidance of the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales, is responsible for driving revenue growth within the NEG (Negotiated Accounts) and GRP (Group Business) segments. The role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities for guestrooms, banquet facilities, and other hotel services while managing and growing existing client accounts. Through proactive sales calls, networking, and relationship-building, the Sales Manager develops strong partnerships with corporate bookers and key decision-makers to maximize business opportunities and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate generates leads, prepares proposals, conducts site inspections, and implements sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals. The role also promotes the hotel's products and services, maintains accurate client records, prepares sales reports, participates in account reviews, and contributes to business planning initiatives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, capable of delivering sustainable business growth in a competitive hospitality environment.
