The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking a Night Porter to ensure the cleanliness and smooth organisation of the hotel during the night. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. You will support both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes operations, assisting guests, and ensuring public areas remain immaculate throughout the night. Your presence will contribute to a welcoming and seamless guest experience. This role is due to start in July 2025.
Key responsibilities:
- Efficiently maintain the cleanliness of all assigned hotel areas during the night, including Front of House and Heart of House spaces, exceeding expectations throughout.
- Keep a keen eye on the presentation of all Front of House and Heart of House spaces, ensuring everything is in working order.
- From portering, to laundry, and other valet services, effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Assist with the distribution of linen, guest supplies, and equipment throughout the hotel, meeting the needs of both guests and associates.
- Work seamlessly with colleagues across departments, contributing to smooth operations to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
