About The Role

The Engineering Administrator role is critical to the department as it ensures the efficient coordination of maintenance activities, record-keeping, incoming enquiries and communication between departments while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Engineering, and Assistant Director of Engineering when required. 
  • Assist the Engineering department personnel with any needs, such as: holidays, rota, days off etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and service contracts for the engineering department.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies by assisting in the preparation of reports and audits.
  • Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

About You
  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Knowledge of basic engineering operations and terminology.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in of Microsoft Office suite and, preferably, in Engineering and Procurement systems.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
