Role

We are currently looking for Trainees to join our team of associates in the Butlers team. You will have the opportunity to learn from industry professionals, gain hands-on experience, and develop the skills necessary to excel in your future career.  


Position: Trainee
Duration: 6 months 


Key expectations of this role are
  • Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
  • Assisting the team in delivering personalised and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and met.
  • Possessing a thorough knowledge of the company philosophy, core values, responsibilities, daily activities of the day and all about the hotel facilities.
  • Being proactive in managing the arriving and departing guests’ suites, ensuring Special Attention Guests receive a memorable experience.
  • Handling guest enquiries and complaints according to the company’s standard and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.

Profile
  • Currently enrolled as a student in a hospitality or related program
  • The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
