- Providing a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times.
- Assisting the team in delivering personalised and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and met.
- Possessing a thorough knowledge of the company philosophy, core values, responsibilities, daily activities of the day and all about the hotel facilities.
- Being proactive in managing the arriving and departing guests’ suites, ensuring Special Attention Guests receive a memorable experience.
- Handling guest enquiries and complaints according to the company’s standard and resolving any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Currently enrolled as a student in a hospitality or related program
- The ability to work in a team and build relationships with the others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
