Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, schedule and manage Executive Pastry Chef’s calendar and appointments
  • Administer correspondence, manage incoming calls, emails and mails promptly and in a courtesy manner
  • Provide administrative support to Pastry department, prepare departmental duty roster, manage leave applications 
  • Respond to requests for information, refer matters to appropriate parties and recommend action to resolve

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial function
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Detail-orientated, organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed with MS Office application
