THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE
Working hand in hand with the team, supervising and making sure that things happen in the assigned times, attending the needs and being a provider of resources, assisting the restaurant manager in the daily tasks of each shift, we will reach the objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Actively supports the development, spirit and genuine interest of Las Ventanas al Paraíso, leading programs and processes for the optimal development of the department, together with the manger.
· Directly supervises the daily operations of the department as well as the correct management of the personnel under his charge, ensuring that they comply with all the guidelines and quality standards previously established, LQA, AAA, Forbes, Distintivo H and TRUST YOU.
· Monitors, manages and maintains the quality in the outlet, sales, income versus budget, ensures good analysis of P&L as well as payroll.
· Keeps the team informed Performing Rosewood daily calling highlighting the points of interest such as arrivals, departures, allergies, special guests, sales goals, achievements, training courses, etc.
· Follow up on comments and complaints from guests, as well as any other type of problem and ensure the satisfaction and recovery of guests through good judgment on behalf of the Food and Beverages Department.
