Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Demi Chef de Rang to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences in a refined, ultra-luxury environment. You will support supports the Chef de Rang in managing a designated station, ensuring flawless service and attention to detail.


Key expectations:

  • Assist the Chef de Rang in the smooth operation of the assigned station, ensuring impeccable service at all times
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide personalized attention throughout their dining experience
  • Present menus, take orders accurately, and liaise with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of dishes and beverages
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to confidently make recommendations
  • Prepare mise en place for service, including table settings and station organization
  • Uphold hotel standards for luxury service, etiquette, and presentation
  • Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier teams to ensure seamless service flow


Profile:

  • Previous experience in a comparable role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team spirit and positive, professional attitude
