Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Guest Experience Associate to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You are the personal ambassador of the hotel, ensuring that every guest enjoys a flawless, memorable, and highly personalized stay. With particular attention to VIPs and Special Attention Guests, you anticipate needs, recognize preferences, and create meaningful connections through discreet, intuitive service.


Key expectations:

  • Observe guests’ personal preferences and habits and anticipate their needs with the utmost discretion
  • Act as the primary liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist guests with reservations, special requests, room and hotel orientation, and tailored services
  • Uphold the highest standards of service, grooming, and hospitality at all times
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of guest and hotel information


Profile:

  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality or guest services preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Natural service mindset with genuine warmth and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
