Job Summary
The Membership Marketing Executive plays a key role in delivering an engaging and high-quality member experience across events, programming, communications and digital channels.
This role sits at the centre of the club’s lifestyle offering, with primary responsibility for the planning and execution of member events and programming, whilst also supporting marketing activity, communications and day-to-day member engagement.
Working closely with the Membership Director and Rosewood Marketing team, the role ensures the club remains active, relevant and highly engaging, introducing new and unique experiences that enhance the overall member offering and strengthen the club’s positioning.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Member Events & Programming
• Plan and deliver a full calendar of member events, including social events, dining experiences, sports programming, wellness activities and seasonal celebrations
• Deliver both large-scale signature events and smaller curated member experiences
• Support the development and delivery of a structured membership programming calendar
• Introduce new and unique event ideas, including first-to-island experiences where possible
• Ensure programming reflects member interests, seasonality and overall club positioning
• Coordinate event logistics with internal departments and external vendors
Member Engagement & Experience
• Act as a key point of contact for member event enquiries, bookings and feedback
• Help ensure strong attendance and engagement across all events and initiatives
• Support initiatives that strengthen member community and connection
• Maintain a visible and engaged presence during events and member activities
• Support the Membership team in delivering a seamless and high-quality member experience
Marketing, Social Media & Communications
• Manage day-to-day content across the club’s social media channels, including posting and engagement
• Ensure consistent tone, branding and storytelling across all member communications
• Assist in creating and distributing member-facing communications, including events, updates, newsletters and programming highlights
• Support marketing campaigns and seasonal messaging in collaboration with internal teams
• Work closely with the Rosewood Marketing team to support participation and engagement across all programming for members and hotel guests
Website & Digital Platform Management
• Maintain and update the club website with current events, programming and member information
• Ensure all content is accurate, up to date and aligned with Rosewood standards
• Work with internal teams or external partners to support website updates where required
Membership Support & Administration
• Manage day-to-day email correspondence with members, responding to a wide range of enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with membership administration, including account-related queries and general support
• Create and maintain accurate member profiles within the club system
• Coordinate the creation and distribution of membership cards
• Act as a key point of contact for general service and operational questions across all club amenities (golf, dining, racquets, fitness and events)
Financial Awareness & Reporting
• Support tracking of event costs and budgets
• Assist with reporting on event performance and revenue-generating activities
Standard Responsibilities
- Comply with Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Rosewood Bermuda policies and procedures.
- Ensure Rosewood standards are consistently communicated, implemented and executed.
- Act as a brand ambassador at all times, maintaining brand integrity and clarity.
- Model the company’s culture, vision, mission and core values.
- Take on additional responsibilities of a broadly comparable nature as operational needs require.

Position Requirements, Skills & Knowledge
Experience
• Experience in events, hospitality, private clubs, luxury hotels or lifestyle brands
• Experience supporting or delivering events and programming
• Experience working with members or high-end clientele preferred
• Exposure to marketing, communications or digital content is preferred
