Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient services for guests according to the standard.
  • Check all the arrival and due out list, check the room conditions and guests preferences. Prepare for checking-in or checking out.
  • Complete every matters what assigned by guests, in case of difficulties, report to higher authorities.
  • Actively promote Hotel’s facilities and services
  • Establish great connection with guest to build up positive guest relationship

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Willingness to take up challenges in different roles of front office operations (Front Desk / Residence Lounge)
  • Courteous, service-oriented with pleasant personality
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications and Opera System
