Role

We are currently looking for a Head Waiter to join our supervisory team in the Mirror Room at Rosewood London. Our Head Waiters are entrusted with coordinating the restaurant floor team of your assigned section to deliver an efficient and guest focussed service during breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. 

Key expectations of this role are

•    Ensuring that all aspects of the guest experience are delivered in your section according to Rosewood standards with support from Commis Waiters and Waiters. 

•    Coordinating the restaurant floor team of your section to deliver an engaging, refined and intuitive service.

•    Having a thorough knowledge of all products offered by the restaurant to be able to maximise sales.

•    Effectively communicating, prioritising and delegating tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Profile

•    The ability to work in a team and build relationships with others.

•    Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.

•    A good understanding of how to supervise Commis Waiters and Waiters.

•    Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
