We are looking for a passionate Outlet Manager to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. You will play a key role in shaping distinctive dining experiences that reflect the spirit of the destination - elegant, authentic, and deeply personal. You lead with presence on the floor, inspire your team, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.


Key expectations:

  • Lead the day‑to‑day operation of your outlet, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Act as a visible host and ambassador, creating warm, memorable moments for our guests
  • Recruit, train, lead, and develop a passionate service team, fostering engagement and accountability
  • Ensure close collaboration with Culinary, Bar, and supporting departments
  • Uphold and continuously refine SOPs, service rituals, and Rosewood brand standards
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and workflows in line with business needs
  • Monitor financial performance, including revenue, labor efficiency, and cost control
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with confidence, empathy, and professionalism


Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a comparable senior F&B leadership role, ideally in luxury hospitality or destination resorts
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands‑on, guest‑focused mindset
  • Passion for service excellence, detail, and storytelling through food and beverage
  • Solid operational and financial understanding of F&B outlets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Very good English skills; German and additional languages are a strong advantage
