With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and event spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Groups & Events Manager to join our dynamic Sales & Events team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and positioning The Chancery Rosewood as the venue of choice for high-profile social events, corporate gatherings, and bespoke celebrations. Your ability to translate client visions into memorable experiences will be essential to the success of our event offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source, qualify, and convert new event sales opportunities across social, corporate, and MICE segments.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building strong relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and client meetings to showcase the hotel’s event spaces and services.
  • Work closely with the Events Operations and Culinary teams to ensure seamless handover and flawless execution.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage event revenue to maximise financial performance.
  • Represent the brand at networking events, industry shows, and partner activations.
  • Uphold the highest standards of luxury sales practice and embody Rosewood’s philosophy of Relationship Hospitality.

About You:

  • Previous experience in an event sales or event management role within a luxury hotel or high-end venue.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in generating and converting sales leads.
  • Confident communicator with exceptional presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, solutions-focused, and able to anticipate client needs.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once.
  • A passion for luxury hospitality and delivering extraordinary experiences.

Our Benefits:

At The Chancery Rosewood, we believe our associates are the heart of our story. In return for your dedication, we offer:

  • Competitive salary and service charge.
  • 12 complimentary nights per year at Rosewood hotels worldwide.
  • 50% discount in our restaurants, bars, and spa.
  • Enhanced holiday allowance with length of service.
  • Competitive pension scheme and life assurance.
  • Season ticket loan and meals on duty.
  • Global career development opportunities and access to world-class training.
  • Recognition programmes celebrating excellence and longevity.
  • A workplace that celebrates individuality, creativity, and belonging.

Diversity & Inclusion:

At Rosewood, we are committed to equity, inclusion, and belonging. We ensure a fair and transparent hiring process and are dedicated to creating opportunities for all, regardless of background.
