THE TEAM
You will be part of the Talent & Culture team for the Americas region, supporting corporate associates and partnering closely with internal teams, external vendors, and payroll providers. Reporting to the Talent & Culture leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the associate experience across the region.
YOUR ROLE
As Talent & Culture Assistant, Americas, you will ensure accurate payroll processing, timely reporting, and efficient office administration. Your work supports compliance, strengthens operational efficiency, and contributes to a positive associate experience. This role is critical in maintaining organizational stability and upholding Rosewood’s culture and values throughout the Americas.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Process payroll for associates across the Americas region in partnership with payroll vendors.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial journals and reports to Finance and leadership.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal audit standards.
- Manage office administration, including inventory, supplies, and confidential file maintenance.
- Act as a point of contact for payroll and administrative queries, ensuring professional and timely support.
- Collaborate with HRIS systems (ADP & SAP) to maintain accurate associate records and improve processes.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 2 years of payroll experience.
- You are detail-oriented and organized, with strong multitasking skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You understand payroll legislation and statutory reporting requirements and have experience with HRIS systems such as ADP or SAP.
- You demonstrate integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information, and you communicate clearly and professionally.
- You thrive in a multicultural environment, showing adaptability and resilience while delivering exceptional service.
- You have a proactive, positive attitude and a passion for hospitality, ensuring associates feel valued and supported.
