The Chancery Rosewood, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It includes 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

Key Responsibilities

As an In-Room Dining Runner, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of in-room dining service across the hotel. You will assist with the preparation, transportation, and delivery of food and beverage orders to guest suites, ensuring service is efficient, professional, and aligned with Rosewood’s luxury standards. Working closely with the In-Room Dining team and culinary colleagues, you will help ensure that every order is delivered promptly, presented beautifully, and handled with care.

• Assist with the preparation and delivery of in-room dining orders to guest suites

• Ensure trays and trolleys are set up according to hotel presentation standards

• Support waiters in delivering food and beverage orders efficiently and professionally

• Clear trays, trolleys, and service items from guest floors in a timely manner

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service stations and equipment

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to support smooth operations

• Ensure all service reflects Rosewood’s commitment to exceptional guest experiences

Profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage or hospitality preferred

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail and presentation standards
